Profile Description

I am an attorney based in New York with 24 years of practice, committed to assisting clients through the emotional and legal intricacies of divorce, immigration, and criminal defense. With over twenty years of experience, I provide strategic, compassionate guidance customized to each client’s specific needs.

I received my Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center and hold a Master's Degree from Harvard University. Since establishing my law firm in 2002, I have been dedicated to offering personalized, results-driven representation to thousands of individuals in the Supreme Court of New York, the Criminal Courts in New York State, the Immigration Courts, and Federal Courts of Appeals across the nation. Following one of my most successful cases, Wang v. Attorney General 423 F.3d 260 (3rd Cir.2005), the Attorney General mandated immigration judges nationwide to review their conduct and ensure they treat aliens with courtesy and respect in their courtrooms.

I manage all facets of divorce, including both contested and uncontested cases, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support (alimony), property and asset division, and enforcement of prenuptial agreements. I also provide advice on protective orders and domestic issues that may emerge during divorce proceedings. For clients with immigration issues linked to divorce, I offer knowledgeable guidance to prevent legal errors.

I adopt a thoughtful, hands-on approach, collaborating closely with clients to safeguard parental rights, secure equitable financial arrangements, and minimize conflict whenever feasible. I recognize that divorce is not merely a legal procedure; it is a profoundly personal life event. I am dedicated to aiding my clients in moving forward with clarity and confidence. I am a reliable source for individuals seeking effective representation and support during one of life’s most challenging transitions.
